He began his career in 2012 as an analyst for Greystone Affordable Housing Initiatives, where he analyzed and underwrote portfolios of multifamily properties. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a Senior Vice President of Operations in charge of multiple teams. During his time at Greystone, Campbell managed a team of financial analysts and oversaw the negotiation of deal terms with external parties. He also created and implemented new procedures, improving the efficiency of the department's timeline and interaction with external partners.
