Our approach integrates diverse funding sources, including USDA Rural Development MPR, Section 515 and 538 loan funds, LIHTC equity, bond financing, and conventional capital methods.

In addition to our direct preservation initiatives, Hallmark Development Partners, has been a trailblazer in the industry since its establishment in 2017. With a portfolio boasting over 15 LIHTC projects awarded since inception, we excel in new construction and the crucial preservation of communities across the southeastern United States.
