HEALTH CARE BENEFITS

PAID TIME OFF
All full-time and part-time employees receive paid time off and holiday pay. Hallmark offers a total of 25 paid days off per calendar year including 10 vacation days, 11 holidays and 4 floating holiday each year. Paid time off accrues monthly and increases with employee tenure.
HOUSING DISCOUNTS
Employees are eligible for a 20% discount on market rate apartments at any local Hallmark property. Property Managers in good standing are eligible for zero rent units* at the property they manage after satisfying a probationary period. *if available. Not all properties have a Non-Revenue unit available for use.
401 K MATCHING
Hallmark offers up to a 4% match on 401K contributions for full time employees with 90 days of tenure. Additionally, Hallmark offers Flex Spending and Health Savings options to full-time employees including an HSA contribution match for employees selecting a high deductible health plan.
