Petersen is President and 100% shareholder. Hallmark is the successor corporation for MFI Management, Inc. (a Petersen entity) that was formed in 1984.
Sherwood, owned 100% by The Hallmark Companies, Inc., serves as the management agent for approximately 86 properties in Tennessee and Kentucky. Hallmark Management, owned 100% by Hallmark, serves as the management agent for approximately 172 properties in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
